How do I start? Answer: Call Donna to book your free 30-minute introductory session BEFORE your first class. Donna's CELL: 778-238-7543
What do I need to bring to class? Answer: towel, water bottle, good shoes
Do I need to be fit? Answer: Programs are designed for all levels.
What does a class look like? Answer: Warm-up starts promptly at 8:30 am. The program covers lower-body, upper-body, core and high intensity for the heart muscle. Then we finish with a cool-down.
What Covid-19 practises are in place? Each piece of equipment is cleaned after each use. Social-distancing before during and after class is observed, We workout outside when weather permits. All participants use hand-sanitation before and after entering gym.
