It is our responsibility to take our own lives and health seriously. We also understand that gaining physical and mental strength is challenging. We strive to help you safely overcome the hurdles confronting you and in so doing enable you to reach your foremost goals.
In order to understand your
life and fitness goals,
my first responsibility is
to listen to you and
work with you to set
safe and achievable goals.
Being a Certified Personal Trainer with Canfitpro since 2011,
I have worked with clients of all ages and of varied physical
fitness needs. Most plans include lifestyle choices such as
healthy eating, exercise and of course, goal-setting.
Working together we will be able to build and follow a specific
health and fitness program suitable to your needs.
Adopting new fitness habits is difficult even in the best of times. 2020 saw our personal and professional lives upended, with most goals scrapped in favor of simply making it through the period of change.
That period of change continues into 2021.

All new students must meet with Donna for 30- minute introductory session before first class and sign ParQ form.

To build stronger bones, a stronger immune system and help you execute everyday movements with greater ease to prevent injury in your life.
The result?
More energy, visible toning and greater physical and mental health and confidence.
Each program incorporates endurance, strength and power elements, targeting the total body .And...Based on the research results of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), training in your target heart rate zone helps participants burn calories for up to 36 hours post-workout per every 60-minute workout. This could mean up to 500 or more calories burned after your workout!

Safety and hygiene are our priorities. Keeping classes small, disinfecting everything after each session, and maintaining safe distances at all times help us maintain high standards in these areas.

Q: What do I need to bring to class? A: towel, water bottle, good shoes
Q: Do I need to be fit? A: No! Programs are customized for your leve
Q: What does a class look like? A: Class starts promptly so don't miss the warm-up! The program covers lower-body, upper-body, core and high intensity intervals for the heart muscle. Then we finish with a cool-down.
Q: What Covid-19 practises are in place? A: Each piece of equipment is cleaned after each use. Social-distancing before, during and after class is observed, We workout outside when doing cardio and when weather permits. All participants use hand-sanitation before and after entering gym.
Freedom Thru Fitness is a mind, body and spirit approach to health and wellness, including fitness classes, education and community events.
We have ample inside and outside space for working out. All new students are required to meet with Donna prior to first class.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
